Ordering GammaTiles
To order GammaTiles, visit the GammaTile ordering portal.
The GammaTile ordering portal is accessible through
Chrome, Firefox and Safari browsers.
Requirements for placing an order:
- Requested delivery date
- Time and date of craniotomy
- Number of tiles
- Neurosurgeon and Radiation Oncologist information
- Loose seed count (determined by hospital requirements for assay)
Unused tiles:
RETURN AUTHORIZATION POLICY
At GT Medical Technologies, we aim to provide a seamless return process for all unused GammaTile products that cannot remain onsite for decay and disposal. Follow these steps to facilitate prompt and secure returns of unused tiles.
Return authorization request:
- Each shipment includes a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Packet, which provides all necessary documents and instructions for returning unused GammaTiles.
- To initiate a return, complete the RMA form and submit it to CustomerService@gtmedtech.com.
- Once your request is received, a Return Authorization (RA) number will be issued, included in the paperwork, and sent to you for your records.
Shipping instructions
- Along with the RMA Packet, a pre-paid return shipping label (FedEx) will be provided for the safe return of the tiles.
- Ensure the RA number is included in the return shipment and the GammaTile products are securely packaged.
Return confirmation
- After the returned GammaTiles are received, our team will inspect the shipment to verify its contents.
- A confirmation email will be sent to notify you that the return has been processed.
